Potenciano (Sean) Salvador, MSN, RN
Sean Salvador has been part of the °µÍø½âÃÜ community as a teaching adjunct since 2015. Currently, he serves as the director of clinical simulation services. He brings extensive experience in nursing education, including teaching the Nursing Fundamentals Lab and overseeing clinical rotations for Med-Surg I, II, III, and Geriatric Foundations.
In his role as director, Sean is focused on advancing high-quality, evidence-based simulation experiences that support curricular alignment, interprofessional collaboration, and student readiness for clinical practice. His goals include strengthening faculty support in simulation, expanding innovative simulation in skills education, and ensuring sustainable, well-integrated simulation programs to enhance learning outcomes across healthcare disciplines.
