  • °µÍø½âÃÜ has been recognized as one of Money’s Best Colleges in America 2026.
  • °µÍø½âÃÜ is ranked #16 in the category Best Value Schools – Regional Universities (West) of the U.S. News & World Report 2026, climbing four places since last year! Additionally, °µÍø½âÃÜ continues to be ranked in the top third (#31) Best Regional Universities (West) category. The ranking reflects °µÍø½âÃÜ’s strength in academic quality and graduate outcomes.
  • °µÍø½âÃÜ ranks in the top 5% nationally for return on investment for low-income students.
  • The latest data from the U.S. Department of Education shows that °µÍø½âÃÜ graduates who received federal student aid (Pell Grants) earn a median salary of $95,437 just four years after graduation. (The national midpoint for four-year colleges is $40,428).
  • Pell Grant recipients from °µÍø½âÃÜ’s nursing program had median earnings of $149,622 four years after graduation. This is the third highest median salary of graduates of any nursing bachelor’s program in the country. (The national median is $89,910.)

Merit and need-based Scholarships are available (close to 99% of our first-year undergraduate students receive financial assistance).

Admitted students are automatically considered for all institutional aid in addition to any state or federal aid they may be eligible for.

The °µÍø½âÃÜ Transfer Promise: Finish in Two Years

Students transferring to °µÍø½âÃÜ with an associate degree (AS/AA) can complete their bachelor’s degree in two years.*

°µÍø½âÃÜ offers:

*Completion for students who have earned a degree with fewer than 60 credits or who are transferring an applied degree may take longer than two years. Nursing and Applied Computer Science programs degree completion may take more or less time depending on core requirements.

Important Deadlines

  • October 1: FAFSA/California Dream Act submission for the following academic year begins.
  • January 5: Transfer student spring priority deadline for non-nursing majors.
  • February 1: Nursing application deadline and fall priority deadline.
  • March 2: FAFSA/California Dream Act/Cal Grant priority deadline for fall 2025.
  • May 1: Housing deposit deadline. Tuition deposit deadline for all majors.
  • June 1: Priority deadline for all financial aid forms and documents.
  • August 1: Transfer student fall priority deadline for non-nursing majors.
