Spencer has over 10 years of experience in higher education. Before joining °µÍø½âÃÜ, he worked as an athletic administrator and sports information director at BYU and BYU-Hawaii. He joined °µÍø½âÃÜ as an athletics administrator and sports information director and currently serves as the associate director of athletic communications and game operations.
